For Accelerators, Incubators & Institutions

Demo day used to be the finish line. Now it's just the beginning, if your founders are ready.

PitchVault gives every founder an institutional-grade viability score, and gives you a real-time view of who's ready, who's lagging, and exactly what to fix before demo day.

Cost Comparison · Traditional vs PitchVault

What programs actually spend to prepare a cohort for investors.

The cost isn't the founders who don't raise. It's preparing them without knowing who's ready — and watching the pipeline end at demo day.

The problem

Most programs don't know which founders are ready until it's too late.

Internal analysis is inconsistent. Mentors have different standards. And the first real pressure test is often in front of the investors you invited to demo day.

No objective baseline

Most programs rely on mentor analysis — inconsistent across founders and impossible to compare at scale. Who's actually ready? It's a guess until demo day, and by then it's too late to fix.

No visibility into improvement

Founders say they've iterated. But without a score history across multiple dimensions, you can't see whether changes moved the needle — or just shuffled the slides.

Coaching time goes to the wrong places

Without data on where the cohort is weakest — by criterion, across all founders — sessions cover everything and fix nothing at scale. The bottleneck is knowing what's lagging.

No investor exposure after demo day

Your founders leave demo day with a pitch deck and no structured way to stay in front of investors who missed the event or want more time. The pipeline dies with the program.

The process

Five stages from program setup to investor deal flow.

01

Set up your program

Create your cohort, configure intake settings, set target stage and sectors. Invite founders by email or share a join link — or open the application queue and review applicants before they join.

02

Founders score their decks

Every founder uploads their deck and gets a four-dimensional viability read automatically. You see every score in your cohort dashboard the moment it runs.

03

Coach with data, not guesswork

The cohort leaderboard and AI coaching panel show exactly who is progressing and where the gaps are. Leave timestamped coaching notes per founder. Set milestones the whole cohort tracks.

04

Demo day & graduation

Rank founders by investor-readiness. Send opt-in confirmation emails. Generate an LP report. Graduate your cohort when the program closes.

05

Founders control investor visibility

Enable investor visibility per cohort. Opted-in graduates can appear in curated investor deal flow and in your program's dedicated investor view on PitchVault, where approved investors browse your cohort directly.

What you get

One dashboard. Every founder. Sorted by who's ready.

You get the tools. Your founders get the analysis. Neither is available with individual Pro accounts.

Cohort dashboard

One view of every founder: VaultScore™, VaultRisk™ band, VaultMoat™ status, score trend, and investor-ready status. Sort and filter by any dimension.

Application intake queue

Founders apply directly through your program profile. Review submissions and accept applicants into the cohort before the program opens.

AI coaching focus panel

Aggregated cohort scoring shows exactly where the gaps are. Leave timestamped notes per founder, set milestones, and run the right workshop next week.

Score improvement tracking

Every founder's score history across all uploads, visible to you and to investors. A founder going 58 to 76 in three weeks tells investors they can be coached.

Demo day readiness & LP report

Rank your cohort by investor-readiness. Send opt-in confirmation emails. Generate a downloadable LP report with aggregate scores and outcome data for your limited partners.

Investor deal flow, program view

Enable investor visibility and your graduated cohort gets a dedicated page on PitchVault. Approved investors browse your founders directly with full scoring, badges, and score history.

Private by default. You control visibility per cohort with a single toggle. Founders opt in individually.

What most programs miss

Your program ends.
The pipeline doesn't have to.

Investors who miss Demo Day, investors who want more time, investors in different geographies — they can all find your founders in the curated network after the event. The pipeline survives the program.

Private by default — you control when founders go live

Opt-in per founder — they choose to appear

Investors discover them by score, not by who you know

Who it's for

Built for any program that sends founders to investors.

Accelerators

Running a batch program with 10–30 founders preparing for demo day. Every founder gets a four-dimensional viability read, not just pitch polish. Opt-in founders can stay visible to approved investors after demo day ends.

Incubators

Supporting early-stage founders over a longer program. Track VaultScore™, VaultRisk™, and VaultMoat™ improvement across cohort rounds. Know which founders are ready to raise — and connect them to investors who act on the scores.

VC Studios

Building companies in-house. Your founding teams get the same four-dimensional evaluation an outside investor would apply — VaultScore™, VaultMoat™, VaultRisk™, and VaultOps™ — before the first real pitch.

University Programs

Running a student startup program. Give student founders professional-grade analysis benchmarked against real investor criteria — not peer review. The best companies can opt into the investor network immediately after the program.

From an accelerator founderFounder

“It mentioned several parts that our mentors pointed out during our accelerator program. Overall it gives really useful feedback from an investor’s stance. Pretty impressive.”

Common questions
How does the program lifecycle work?+

Programs move through five statuses you control: Draft (setup only, no founder activity), Intake Open (applications accepted, founders can join via invite), Active (founders run analyses, coaching begins), Demo Day (readiness ranking, investor opt-in, LP report generation), and Completed (graduation, investor visibility unlocked for opted-in founders). Each status gates the appropriate activities so your program runs in a structured, predictable sequence.

Can I control when my founders appear to investors?+

Yes. Analyses are private by default throughout the program. When you are ready — typically at or after graduation — you enable investor visibility per cohort with a single toggle. Founders who have opted in then appear in your program's dedicated investor view on PitchVault, as well as the broader curated deal flow. Founders can opt out individually at any time.

What do founders see vs. what do I see?+

Founders see their own full four-dimensional report and any coaching notes or milestones you set for them. You see every founder's report plus the cohort-level dashboard, AI coaching panel, score histories, application queue, demo day readiness ranking, and investor inbox — tools that exist only in the program workspace.

Can I use PitchVault alongside my existing mentor network?+

Yes. The score gives mentors an objective baseline. Most programs use the coaching panel to direct mentor time — the data tells you exactly which criterion each founder needs to address before the session. Coaching notes you leave are timestamped and visible to the founder alongside their report.

How do investors access my cohort's founders?+

When you enable investor visibility, your cohort gets a dedicated page on PitchVault where approved investors can browse your founders — each with their full four-dimensional scores, achievement badges, and score history. Investors can send a contact request directly to you as the program manager. This is separate from the general deal flow; your program is presented as a curated, vetted cohort.

Accelerator plan

Custom pricing. Everything your program needs.
