Raise Ready

One bar. Published. The same for every deck at your stage.

Raise Ready is not a score. It is the state of a deck in which nothing an investor checks in the first read is still open. It is also the way into a network of investors who write checks. The conditions are below, with the numbers the engine actually uses.

The reason to reach the bar

Raise Ready puts your deck in front of investors who are writing checks.

DealflowHQ is a network of active, check-writing investors who review deals on DealflowHQ.

They are looking for founders who clear a real bar, not founders with a warm intro. When your analysis reaches Raise Ready and the submission is on in Settings, it is sent to the network as an application. The investors whose focus fits your stage and sector review it. An investor who wants to talk emails you directly.

What is sent

  • Your name and email
  • Company details
  • The four scores
  • The report link
  • A deck link that expires in seven days

Nothing is sent while the setting is off. Turning it off stops future submissions. Anything already sent stays with the investors who received it. You get an email the moment a submission goes out, listing what was sent.

The bar

Four lenses, read against your stage.

VaultScore, VaultMoat and VaultOps must reach the bar. VaultRisk must stay under its ceiling. The bars move with the stage, because a Pre-seed deck and a Series A deck are not read against the same questions.

StageScore ≥Moat ≥Ops ≥Risk <
Pre-seed65404070
Seed65404065
Series A70556060
Series B+75606550

Score is VaultScore, Moat is VaultMoat, Ops is VaultOps, Risk is VaultRisk. VaultRisk is inverted: lower is better, and the ceiling is strict.

The conditions

All seven, at once.

  1. 01VaultScore at or above the bar for your stage.
  2. 02VaultMoat at or above the bar.
  3. 03VaultOps at or above the bar.
  4. 04VaultRisk strictly below the ceiling.
  5. 05No cap in force. A cap is a condition the engine found in the deck that limits the score, such as no evidence of a customer. A note that the deck reads as another stage is not a cap.
  6. 06Every core section at 5 or above: Problem & Market, Solution & Product, Team, Business Model, Traction & Metrics.
  7. 07No deal-breaker the deck itself backs. A deal-breaker counts only when its quote is found in the deck or the section corroborates it.

The gap

The same deck gets the same score. A changed deck gets told what moved.

Your report shows the ledger: each bar, your figure against it, and the one move that closes the most distance. A re-run of an unchanged deck lands within the engine’s own noise. A re-run with real new evidence is credited where the evidence is, and the report says so in words.

Clearing a bar by a few points is called narrow on the report, not hidden. The headline is calibrated to the smallest margin, not the average.

The record

Reaching the bar once is kept.

The Raise Ready stamp is set by the engine when a run clears every condition, and it stays on that run. A later run that scores lower is shown as the newer version, not as the loss of the stamp. Every version of your deck keeps its scores, so the path to the bar is visible, to you and to anyone you share the report with.
