A structured bear / base / bull range grounded in the deck — not your spreadsheet.
Open any qualifying founder report and run VaultValuation™ to get a stage-calibrated post-money range, ask assessment, confidence tier, and criteria-level flags — all derived from the same deck text used for scoring.
Keeps the ask honest
Founders state their ask in the deck. VaultValuation™ stays on your side of the table so the ask remains anchored in their judgment — not iteratively tuned against our model. Your runs are stored in your investor history as a structured input, not a verdict.
Multi-model, stage-aware
Active model sets rotate by stage (for example Berkus + Scorecard at the earliest stages through Scorecard, VC Method, revenue multiples, and optional DCF-style checks where the deck supports it). Outputs always include a reconciled low / mid / high range and narrative reconciliation — not a single headline number.
Detailed benchmarks and formulas live in our internal rubric and may change as markets shift; we do not publish dollar tables on this page.
Stage-specific criteria are weighted differently by round. Full methodology detail is in the investor FAQ.
Who can open it
Same visibility rules as VaultRisk™, VaultMoat™, and VaultOps™ on shared reports — plus accreditation to run the model.
Approved + accredited investors on decks they can reach through share link, leaderboard opt-in, or contact opt-in — depending on the deal.
PitchVault admins use the valuation lab for support and comparison workflows.
Very sparse decks may not meet the minimum extracted-text threshold. VaultValuation™ is beta — not investment, legal, or tax advice; it does not predict transaction outcomes.
