The four rounds
From upload to investment, in four stages.
Score your deck
Upload to PitchVault, get your VaultScore across four investor lenses. Free, two minutes, every revision tracked.
Clear the threshold
The highest-scoring decks above the investor-visibility threshold enter the Prize pool.
Structured vetting
Beyond the score: team, traction, founder-market fit, and a partner conversation. Standard diligence, accelerated.
Investment from 3P Ventures
The winning founder gets a direct check from the fund PitchVault was built from. Terms disclosed at launch.
Investment terms
Investment amount and valuation will be announced at launch.
The Winner will be offered a private investment from 3P Ventures on a SAFE or equivalent regional instrument (such as J-KISS in Japan). The dollar (or local-currency) amount, valuation cap, discount rate, and other commercial terms will be published on this page with the final Official Rules at the time the Pitch Prize opens.
Funding closes only after standard diligence with no material legal or financial irregularity. Read Section 8 of the Official Rules →
Why start now
Score history is the track record the Pitch Prize reads.
The Pitch Prize opens to founders who already have a scored deck on PitchVault. Score history matters — we read whether the founder iterated, where the score moved, and what got fixed between versions. Start scoring now to build the track record the vetting round actually reads.
Eligibility
Who can enter.
- ✓Pre-seed and seed-stage founders. Series A and later are not eligible.
- ✓A live deck uploaded to PitchVault — your latest version, with at least one scored analysis.
- ✓Founder is the entry of record — co-founders may participate but one entry per company.
- ✓Open globally. Decks accepted in English, Japanese, Mandarin, and Arabic.
- ✓Standard diligence applies — winning is contingent on the structured vetting round, not the score alone.
